Booking Reno Mobile Djs

It is never too early to book a DJ for your event. The longer you wait, the less of a selection you have of available DJS. You go from searching for a good DJ you like, to just trying to find anyone who is available on your event date.
Booking Elite Productions is simple. Below you will find a simple step-by-step explination of the process of booking Reno Mobile Djs. We do require a deposit to reserve the date. You can download a copy of our contract below, which will outline the terms of the deposit.

1st: Check availability to see if we are available for your date.
2nd: Fill out contact form on availability confirmation page.
3rd: We will get back to you confirming availability and to further discuss your event.
4th: If everything sounds good, we like to setup a time to meet, possibly at a starbucks or similar place, to meet in person and give you the opportunity to meet in person and review everything we have to offer and answer any questions you may have. We bring fliers with us and a copy of our contract to go over as well.
5th: Hopefully you believe we are a good "fit" for your event and you choose to book us. We will fill out a contract and collect a deposit to book the date.
6th: Now we will give you either access to our online event coordination database, where you can print out our "Day of Coordination Timeline" or use our new online coordination system, A database you can come back to and change at anytime :).
7th: We can meet up again, (and again if nessecary) to go over your day of coordination timeline, order of events, requests, collect final balance, and answer any other questions you may have so that you can be assured everything runs as planned :).

8th: Your Event! Whether it be a wedding, a birthday party or a holiday party. It is time for you to enjoy yourself! We will follow your timeline, request list, and music preferences and "Do our thing" making sure everyone has an enjoyable time!
